Job description
The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the location. Will effectively assist in carrying out the objectives for the location as determined by Key Management, including all financial goals. Will provide leadership, set the example for, and monitor Malnati product quality and service and will have a constant awareness of the “pulse” of what is happening in his/her location on each shift.
