Job Overview An established organization is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the effective delivery of security operations across commercial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise security officers during assigned shifts. Monitor access control and CCTV operations. Conduct routine patrols and inspections. Manage incident reporting and investigations. Ensure compliance with security procedures. Coordinate emergency response activities. Train and mentor security staff. Prepare operational reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry. Previous supervisory experience. Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Able to attend client interviews before deployment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Preferred Security-related certifications. First Aid Certificate. Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
