ACG_3648_JOB Our client, one of the leading international universities in Vietnam, is seeking a talented candidate who meets the following requirements: Position Purpose We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Marketing Communications to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing communications strategies.

The role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, improving programme marketing effectiveness, enhancing digital performance, and supporting student recruitment and business growth objectives. The successful candidate will oversee multiple specialist functions, including Programme Marketing, Digital Performance, Brand, and Creative, while ensuring consistent communication across all channels and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Management Develop and lead the overall brand strategy. Improve brand awareness, consideration, and brand equity. Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and tone of voice. Monitor brand performance and recommend improvements. Programme Marketing Develop annual programme marketing strategies aligned with enrolment and business targets.

Lead campaigns for existing programmes and new programme launches. Collaborate with academic and recruitment teams to strengthen programme positioning and differentiation. Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and enrolment performance. Digital Marketing and Performance Define and execute the digital marketing strategy.

Oversee performance across paid, owned, and earned channels. Use data, analytics, and marketing technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. Design and optimize customer journeys, lead-nurturing activities, and conversion funnels. Creative and Content Development Oversee the production of digital, print, multimedia, animation, and video assets.

Ensure creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage the creative team to deliver high-quality content on schedule. Marketing Events Coordinate the planning and delivery of recruitment and marketing events, including open days, campus tours, webinars, and school visits. Work with relevant teams to ensure a seamless participant experience and effective lead nurturing.

Evaluate event performance based on engagement, lead quality, and conversion. Team and Stakeholder Management Lead, coach, and develop multidisciplinary marketing teams. Manage team performance, workloads, and resource allocation. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and partners. Ensure alignment between marketing activities and organizational priorities.

Budget, Reporting, and Insights Develop and manage marketing communications budgets. Monitor spending and optimize resource allocation. Establish reporting frameworks and track performance against KPIs. Monitor competitor activity and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

Essential Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7–10 years of experience in marketing communications, including 3–5 years in a managerial position. Proven experience in integrated marketing and brand management. Experience managing multiple teams, stakeholders, and complex projects. Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Results-oriented, proactive, accountable, and solution-focused mindset. Preferred Experience in the education sector or international education market. Understanding of student recruitment trends and customer conversion funnels.

Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong presentation, storytelling, innovation, and change-management skills. Adaptability, resilience, integrity, and commitment to continuous learning.
