Job description
SUMMARY:
The QC Supervisor heads and trains the QC Operators / Temporary Staff to improve pass rate and accomplish company goals. When quality issues occur, they will conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues immediately. At times, they may be asked to fill in for QC operators during PTO or short-staffed situations. Assisting in the management of QC areas in the plant / warehouse; including inventory checks, sorting, and organization.
