What You’ll Get Earn $22 to $32 per hour, based on your experience Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Overtime opportunities available Health, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Company-paid long-term disability coverage Paid holidays plus additional holiday time off Paid time off available after 6 months 401(k) with company contribution after 1 year Employee referral bonus opportunities Career growth and advancement opportunities within the company What You’ll Do Install storm, sanitary, and water pipe systems for commercial construction projects Measure, cut, position, and connect pipe to ensure proper alignment and flow Excavate trenches and assist with grading and site preparation Support underground utility installation from start to finish Spread and level construction materials as needed throughout the project Follow project plans and directions provided by site supervisors Keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and ready for daily operations Travel to commercial job sites throughout the greater Philadelphia area while reporting to the Aston, Pennsylvania office What You Need At least 2 years of experience in pipe laying or heavy civil construction Experience working with underground utility systems is preferred Ability to safely perform physically demanding work and lift 80 pounds or more Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Dependable with the ability to work well as part of a team OSHA 10 certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it Valid driver's license Reliable transportation to Aston, Pennsylvania and surrounding project locations Hiring Process Apply today Quick phone screen Interview Start date Falcone & Sons, Inc.
