Job description
The Senior Team Leader/Cell Lead will be responsible for the personnel and product in their Cell/Project. They will handle personnel training, quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives in their area. Product and personnel status will be measured and reported on to the production supervisor. The Senior Team Lead/Cell Lead are responsible to monitor and manage the completion of shop orders and operations as determined by the part number routing, ensuring operations are complete on time and at or under the allotted man hours.
They actively review that their cells are in safe working order identifying areas of improvement. They also review quality data to ensure that manufacturing quality is improving and that the MoM and work instructions are updated to reflect
