Next Level Prayers (an initiative of Harvesters International Christian Centre) Job Summary The Head of Marketing & Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing, branding, communications, and audience growth initiatives for Next Level Prayers, a prayer ministry with a strong online presence.

The role brings together brand management, integrated ATL/BTL and digital campaign execution, and media planning and buying to increase reach, engagement, participation, and brand visibility across digital and traditional channels — while ensuring every communication stays true to Next Level Prayers' vision and values.

Key Responsibilities

Set annual marketing, media, and communications strategic direction, and lead its execution across digital and traditional channels Lead brand positioning and brand proposition management, ensuring consistency across all communication channels Oversee digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, website content, and online advertising, alongside media planning and buying across TV, digital, print, radio, and outdoor Drive audience acquisition, retention, and participation for daily prayer meetings, special programmes, and campaigns — applying customer journey and engagement principles to grow and retain a digital audience Manage creative content development, including videos, graphics, copywriting, and promotional materials, using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and relevant CRM/project platforms Analyse campaign performance using consumer insight and media monitoring tools, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement Build strategic partnerships with media organisations, influencers, and other stakeholders — including contract negotiation and alignment — to expand the platform's reach Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Communications team to deliver high-impact results Work closely with ministry leaders and other departments to support organisational objectives and programme execution Manage the marketing budget, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring effective and accountable use of resources Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in prayer platform participation and engagement Digital audience growth across all channels Campaign reach, impressions, and conversion rates Brand awareness and media visibility Content performance and engagement metrics Strategic partnership development and account acquisition Timely delivery of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives Core Competencies Strategic Thinking Brand Management Digital and Traditional Marketing Media Planning & Buying Marketing Analytics Leadership & Team Development Creative Storytelling Stakeholder & Partnership Management Innovation and Execution Excellence Requirements Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years' experience in marketing and communications, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, branding, and content marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience within a faith-based organisation or ministry is an added advantage.
