Job description
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner to the Founder's Office, driving cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the organization's growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Founder, commercial leadership, scientific teams, and regional stakeholders to lead high-impact programs spanning go-to-market strategy, sales performance, research initiatives, regulatory coordination, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities, capable of navigating complex business challenges and aligning diverse teams toward common objectives. You will be responsible for transforming strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring seamless execution, driving accountability, and delivering measurable business outcomes across the organization.
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or General Management. MBA from a reputed institute preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders. Excellent communication, project management, and coordination skills.
Self-motivated with a high ownership mindset in fast-paced environments. Ability to think strategically while driving execution. Data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of making informed decisions. Analyse business and program performance data to generate insights and support decision-making. Prepare founder-facing reviews, MIS dashboards, business updates, and recommendations.
