Maintenance Technician II - West

Salary range: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking an organized, service-focused, maintenance professional to join our dynamic property maintenance team at our beautiful community, West, in San Diego, California. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
