Role & responsibilities Company Name: Italia Ceramics Ltd Company Website: https://italiagroup.in/ Designation: Sales Coordinator Div : Mosaic Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad Act as a single point of contact between Marketing Field Staff, Dealers, Corporate Office, and other departments. Assist the Marketing Team and customers with product sourcing, quotations, freight rates, and claim handling.
Coordinate with the design Team for developing and sharing presentations with clients and architects. Arrange and dispatch samples, promotional materials, quotations, and proforma invoices as required by clients and dealers. Effectively respond to queries and complaints from clients, design Team, Marketing Staff, and Management while ensuring timely resolution.
Prioritize work assignments and obtain necessary approvals before placing factory orders. Coordinate and organize work assignments with factories to ensure smooth operations. Review order expediting schedules and share updates with planning and sales teams. Monitor and coordinate dispatch schedules manually as well as through computer systems.
Follow up and coordinate for payment collection from customers.
Requirements
Any Graduate 1+ Years experience in sales coordination
