Meyer Utility Structures is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor. In this role, you will lead and support the Clinton, IL utility pole manufacturing plant by leading and supporting a team of maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of preventive maintenance and efficient resolution of unscheduled work orders.
This role trains and coaches technicians while diagnosing and resolving operating issues across manufacturing machinery and facility systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
