Global Mobility team, is responsible for supporting the successful transition and integration of international healthcare professionals (HCPs) into life and work in the United States.

The Global Mobility Specialist III plays a vital role in preparing international HCPs for successful transition and integration into life and work in the US. This role is responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of pre-arrival and post-arrival support services through webinars, one-on-one calls, classroom interaction, resource development, and personalized guidance as part of the Avant United States Transitions Program (USTP). This role ensures that HCPs are culturally, emotionally, and logistically prepared for both their professional assignments and personal acclimation into U.S. communities.
