Responsibilities
Responsible for spare parts and all other non-vehicles products billing process. Responsible for interacting with Aftersales, Finance and Logistics, in order to understand demands and ensure the topics are correctly addressed. Responsible for working close to the WH (spare parts), monitoring the daily operation and seeking for efficiency opportunities.
Responsible for developing and updating daily reports related to billing for spare parts, non-vehicle products and logistics indicators. Responsible for visiting the WH (spare parts) regularly in order to ensure the operation is working as planned.
Requirements
Experience in the automotive industry. Previous experience with billing, logistics and planning. English (desirable). Organized and oriented to problem solving. Communication skills in order to interact with other departments. Experience with SAP ERP MM/FI/SD module. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of taxation as part of the billing process.
Major in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting and related areas. Location and work-mode: 100% on-site in Morumbi region (Rochaverá building, in front of Shopping Morumbi).
