Engineer – North London Location: North London (Colindale) Pay: £24.05 per hour PAYE Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Contract: Temporary Start Date: 27 April 2026 End Date: 6 July 2026 Positions Available: 2 An opportunity is available for Engineers to support maintenance operations within a high-compliance environment in North London.

This role is suited to experienced, all-round engineers with a background in building services and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across building systems Respond to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns Work across electrical, mechanical, and general building systems as required Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs Support the wider engineering team to maintain site standards Requirements: Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role Multi-skilled background (electrical or mechanical bias preferred) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience working in regulated or critical environments advantageous Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team Right to Work in the UK Apply now for immediate consideration.
