Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks & Accounts Receivable Hyderabad / Vizag

• WFO Fulltime 6+ years experience UK Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks (QB) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing receivables, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, aging analysis, and reconciliations Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (QB) Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing discrepancies Prepare AR reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to address payment-related queries Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies Assist with audits and financial documentation as required Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Accountant with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks.

Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes. Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience working with clients or stakeholders across geographies.

Prior experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
