Job description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of preventive, corrective, and shutdown maintenance work on offshore oil and gas facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed work packs, job plans, resource requirements, and material lists for maintenance activities.
- Review maintenance requests and develop work scopes in coordination with Operations and Maintenance teams.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and spare parts.
- Prepare manpower requirements, equipment needs, and execution schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, HSE requirements, and industry standards.
- Support shutdown planning and execution activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems. Participate in risk assessments, toolbox talks, and work permit reviews.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in offshore or oil and gas facilities.
- Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP, Maximo, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
