Hiring: SAP HANA SCM PLM Consultant (Recipe Development) Company: IBM Location: Bangalore Band: 7B (OMTA) Experience: 8–10 Years We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA SCM PLM Consultant with strong expertise in Process Industry / PLM Recipe Development. Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in SAP PLM Recipe Development
• Hands-on expertise in Process Industries (Pharma / Chemicals / FMCG preferred)
• Deep knowledge of Recipe Management & Specification Management
• Experience in Document Management System (DMS)
• Strong exposure to Change Records / Change Management processes
• Good understanding of SAP HANA SCM PLM modules
• Ability to work on end-to-end PLM lifecycle processes Preferred Profile:
• 8–10 years of relevant SAP PLM experience
• Strong domain knowledge in process industry manufacturing
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Good communication & problem-solving skills
