UNCLASSIFIED POSITION  IN THE FULTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE POSITION SUMMARY The HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST supports the Sheriff’s Office by performing a wide range of professional HR duties that ensure effective personnel management, compliance with federal/state employment laws, and alignment with agency policies and procedures.

This role is central to maintaining a well-functioning workforce. The  HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST serves as a resource to employees and supervisors, assists with recruitment and retention, manages sensitive personnel matters, and contributes to a positive, accountable workplace culture.
