About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-minded Project Coordinator – Finance to oversee the financial performance of multiple projects across the organization. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring financial performance, preparing Profit & Loss statements, tracking business expenses, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
You will play a key role in managing the financial health of a business portfolio exceeding ₹3 Crore, ensuring that projects remain financially sustainable and aligned with organizational goals. Fresh graduates with exceptional knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Cost Analysis, and Profit & Loss Management are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities Manage project-wise budgets and financial planning. Monitor revenue, operational expenses, and profitability. Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. Track project financial performance and budget utilization. Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for leadership.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial discipline. Support forecasting, annual budgeting, and business planning. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability. Maintain accurate financial documentation and audit readiness. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and reporting standards.
Support leadership with financial insights that enable better business decisions. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration Experience Freshers are welcome. Candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of business finance and project accounting. Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory. Exposure to Power BI, Zoho Analytics, or financial dashboards is a plus. Interest in AI-powered finance and business automation.
