Job description
The Testing Engineer – A&U supports the evaluation and testing of ergonomic designs and human-machine interfaces to ensure they meet user requirements and industry standards for comfort.
Key Responsibilities
Perform CAS/CAD checks in Digital environment to identify issues earlier in the program. Test Execution: Perform validation tests for ergonomic features in products and systems as directed by the validation plan. Data Collection: Use ergonomic tools to assess user comfort, posture, and fatigue during testing sessions.
Technical Reporting: Document test findings and provide detailed data and analysis to the engineering and design teams for further improvement. Document Lessons learnt to implement on the future programs. Standard Development: Develop internal standards to improve on the process and evaluation method. Ensure compliance with ergonomic standards and guidelines Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors, Industrial Design, or Mechanical Engineering.
Proficiency in software like CATIA V5, RAMSIS, CAVA. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good English & Vietnamese Proficiency – Both Writing and Speaking.
