JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Residential Support Supervisor provides shift-based supervision and day-to-day support for staff and individuals in residential programs serving children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, supportive, and person-centered services in a residential home(s) environment.
The Supervisor will assist with training, crisis management, administrative tasks, and quality assurance efforts to promote resident well-being and staff success.
