Job description
The Fleet and Equipment Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment and fleet vehicles with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This position ensures equipment reliability and safety by diagnosing failures, replacing worn or damaged components, and completing repairs in accordance with OEM standards and company safety procedures.
Responsibilities include
conducting electrical diagnostics on relays, contactors, switches, control boards, and modules; repairing fluid system leaks; maintaining battery systems for electric fleet equipment; managing parts inventory; and supporting equipment transportation needs.
