Mile Scholarship Program Employee Assistance Program And much more Position Summary As a Body Shop Estimator, you will examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, electrical, and interior damage.
You will prepare accurate repair estimates, work closely with insurance companies and customers, and help ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties
Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates. Review repair cost estimates with the Body Shop Manager or Foreman. Determine whether damaged components should be repaired or replaced. Prepare insurance documentation and repair recommendations. Estimate repainting, customization, and specialty repair costs when applicable.
Communicate clearly with customers, insurance representatives, technicians, and management throughout the repair process. Prepare reports, business correspondence, and documentation as needed. Deliver exceptional customer service while managing a high-volume workload.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with two or fewer moving violations. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to confidently manage a high volume of estimates in a fast-paced environment. Experience using CCC Pathways and/or CCC ONE preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Basic Microsoft Office skills, internet proficiency, and general math skills. Build Your Future with Motor.
