Обязанности: Manage end‑to‑end project delivery at market level using standardized lifecycle stages. Own local project planning and execution, including scope, schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables Coordinate market deployments of global solutions, ensuring alignment with global standards while addressing local business needs Prepare and manage stage gates, ensuring required deliverables, exit criteria, and approvals are completed Track and report project status, risks, issues, and key decisions to regional and global stakeholders Ensure adherence to governance, financial controls, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements Support budget tracking, cost estimates, deployment readiness, and value realization activities Work within Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models, depending on the initiative Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation at the market level Support go‑live preparation, hypercare coordination, and transition to sustain/operations Ensure proper handover, documentation, and knowledge transfer to support teams Support project financial planning, forecasting, and ongoing cost tracking, partnering with finance to ensure accuracy and transparency Contribute to periodic financial reviews and projections for assigned projects Требования: Location Moscow, Saint-Petersburg 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, digital, data, or transformation initiatives Experience delivering regional or market‑level projects, including rollouts of global solutions Understanding of project lifecycle management, stage gates, and governance frameworks Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (business, IT, vendors, global counterparts) Experience with basic budget tracking, financial approvals, and project controls Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working in structured environments with defined processes and controls Project management certification (e.
g., PMP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent) and/or proven hands‑on experience delivering projects using structured, stage‑gate based lifecycle methodologies aligned with PMBOK or similar frameworks English proficiency sufficient for collaboration with global teams
