Key Responsibilities
– Digital Project Management & Team Leadership Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables in consultation with stakeholders. Ensure clarity and clear alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication and expectations across multidisciplinary teams, facilitating successful collaboration between product, technology, marketing, and external partners.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and challenges to maintain alignment with objectives and deadlines. Budget Tracking & Resource Allocation: Monitor project budgets, track spending, and ensure efficient resource utilisation to maximise value delivery. Agile Project Delivery: Lead teams in Agile methodologies, adopting best practices in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve delivery.
Project Manager Requirements – Skills & Professional Experience Proven experience leading digital projects within a multidisciplinary environment. Sound knowledge of Agile and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2). Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to motivate and unify diverse teams. Experience with digital product development and tools such as JIRA , Trello, or Asana is an advantage.
