Job description

Mission Airspeed is redefining how revenue teams work. Our AI Revenue Orchestration Platform doesn’t just analyze conversations — it acts on them. By transforming every customer interaction into insight and action, Airspeed Agents empower teams to close gaps, move faster, and focus on what matters most: selling. With 100+ SaaS customers and 90%+ adoption among reps, Airspeed is setting a new standard for execution at scale.

We're seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help Airspeed scale how customers adopt, integrate, and succeed with our product. This is a customer-facing engineering role, ideal for someone who loves building and debugging systems with real-world impact. What You’ll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for technically complex customer issues
  • Onboard, configure, and integrate Airspeed into customer systems (frequent direct collaboration)
  • Debug and resolve customer-facing issues across integrations, APIs, data flows, and workflows
  • Transform repeated customer requests into scalable, reusable solutions
  • Configure and customize customer instances for scalability across accounts
  • Translate customer challenges and feedback into actionable product insights
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmap with real usage data
  • Enhance product documentation based on customer interactions What We’re Looking For
  • Proficient in writing production-quality code, scripts, and internal tooling
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, and data pipelines (e.g., CRMs, internal systems)
  • Strong debugging skills across multiple systems and layers
  • Experience working directly with users or customers - “Builder with empathy” mindset — you care about solving the right problems
  • Ability to own problems end-to-end in an early-stage environment What Success Looks Like
  • Customers onboard faster and encounter fewer technical issues
  • Increased customer satisfaction and product usage
  • Customer-driven improvements delivered into the product regularly
  • Engineers spend more time on core products vs. customer-specific work
  • Clear, actionable customer feedback consistently informs product decisions Growth & Progression This role is not a traditional software engineer track but sits close to the core engineering team. Depending on your impact and interests, growth paths include:
  • Shipping bug fixes and automations into the core product
  • Building internal tooling for CS and Engineering efficiency
  • Developing new product features We don’t lock this path upfront — it’s earned through ownership, impact, and collaboration. Why This Role Matters This role is critical to helping Airspeed scale. You ensure customers succeed technically, real-world learnings shape the product, and engineering time is spent building — not firefighting. Airspeed is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome and support candidates from all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re excited to own outcomes, influence product, and help scale a category-defining platform, we’d love to hear from you.
