POSITION DESCRIPTION The Director of Engineering must leverage their experience, knowledge, and expertise to provide leadership and vision to a team of design engineers and technicians to ensure Janicki has a flexible and diverse team capable of supporting a wide range of design and engineering projects.  The Director of Engineering develops individuals, teams, and company procedures to support the vision and demands of continuous improvement and growth.
