Job description
Responsible for overseeing flooring installation projects from initial site assessment through final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Manages all phases of the installation process, including site preparation, demolition, material coordination, project scheduling, and final installation of various flooring products.
Leads and supervises installation crews, providing direction, training, and quality control while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Performs hands-on installation work as needed and ensures efficient, production-focused operations that maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
