Compensation & Benefits**
Target Compensation:**** **$135,000 – $156,000 per year

Your Role**
Manage Your Caseload:** Perform comprehensive nursing assessments (OASIS), including Start of Care, Recertifications, and Discharges.
Skilled Care:** Administer medications, provide wound care (including Wound Vacs), and manage IV therapies.
Coordinate:** Act as the primary point of contact for physicians and the interdisciplinary team (PT/OT/ST) to ensure the care plan is working.
Educate:** Empower patients and families to manage their conditions safely at home.
Document:** Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes on company-issued iPads.
Requirements**
LICENSE:** Current, active California RN License** is REQUIRED** to apply. Applications without a valid CA license number will not be reviewed.*
Experience:** Minimum 1 year** of professional nursing experience required. Home Health experience is preferred, but we are willing to train strong hospital/SNF nurses.*
Travel:** Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
Skills:** Strong clinical judgment, organization, and the ability to work independently.
