Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role Define design architecture and propose concepts to meet the targeted requirements Be responsible for transistor level design and implementation with our CMOS process Perform circuit simulation & verification to prove that the transistor level design works accordingly to specification IPP Scope of work Design of a new innovative high efficient, low power data converters for crossbar array of resistive memories and other memory types.

New proprietary state of the art calibration scheme that compensate for process variation. Theoretical evaluation of reliability and variation tolerance of the proposed data converter design. Demonstration of the influence of variation based on real fabricated and characterized cells. Comprehensive comparison done with the state-of-the-art data converter design Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Degree in the field of Engineering/IC Design with relevant basic analog IC design know-how and experience for at least 2 years Proficient in Cadence software and Analog simulator like Spectre Familiarity with Matlab, VHDL and Verilog programming is an advantage Effective communication and interpersonal skills #We.
