Functional Analyst - SAP WM/MM

We’re looking for an experienced SAP Specialist (MM & WM modules) to join our team as the go-to expert for all related requests and issues. In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze needs, design solutions, and ensure smooth operations across our SAP landscape. Act as the single point of contact for all SAP Logistics and Purchasing (MM & WM) requests and incidents Analyze change requests, estimate scope and costs, and propose multiple solution options Assess the impact of changes on existing systems and processes Ensure service continuity and system maintainability Implement enhancements and developments based on clear specifications Keep all related documentation accurate and up to date Create and manage test plans, ensuring quality control before deployment Monitor incidents and problems, following through to resolution Requirements Academic background in IT, economics, industry, or science At least 5 years’ experience as an SAP WM & MM functional analyst Knowledge of ABAP, SAP Fiori, and SAP S/4HANA is an advantage Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach Flexible, efficient, and customer-focused, with strong analytical and communication skills Experience in the energy or utilities sector is a plus Fluent in Dutch and French, with strong technical English skills Benefits A role that directly supports vital city services in a dynamic sector Opportunities for ongoing training and career development A lively and safety-focused work environment in central Brussels Work-life balance options, including remote work flexibility Competitive package: company car, fuel card, mobile phone, meal vouchers, health and pension insurance, and 33 days of leave
