Job description
The primary function of the Retail Sales Representative (RSR) is to maximize Red Diamond’s presence in retail stores.
Responsibilities include
selling additional facings on shelf, adding new points of distribution, selling incremental display and shipper opportunities. The role is performed primarily in grocery and mass merchandise store chains throughout an assigned territory. The RSR will be responsible for developing, and maintaining, relationships in store across the dry grocery and refrigerated departments.
Product types will include: dry grocery coffee and tea, as well as various forms of ready to drink tea and coffee products.
