What You Will Do
Plan and launch new product development projects Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites Track progress and report to senior management Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met Support product deployment and early-life performance Conduct project-specific performance reviews Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions What You Need: A minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree Required: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software Required: Strong leadership and communication skills Required: 2+ years in product development under structured project management Required: PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK Required: Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools Advantage: Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support What we offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings plan with company match Paid vacation and holidays Flexible work arrangements Professional development and continuous training What happens next Apply online and our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.

00-$124,900.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
