
Job description
FFT Supervisors report to the Program Director of the FFT-CW Program. Supervisors of the FFT Low Risk teams serve the combined roles of an Administrative Supervisor and FFT Lead Supervisor. As an administrative supervisor, the FFT-CW Low Risk Supervisors will provide administrative supervision for approximately four Bachelor Level FFT-CW Interventionists and a BA level case mana to ensure best practices and excellent record keeping as required by ACS Child Welfare Prevention Standards.
The supervisors also have to ensure compliance with program/agency policies and procedures. The FFT-CW Low Risk Supervisor also functions in the role of “model lead” of the FFT-CW Low Risk teams.
