About Us
Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for IP Partnerships to join our team. Responsibilities
Proactively source, evaluate, and prioritize potential IP partners across entertainment, gaming, anime, lifestyle, and consumer brands. Build and manage high-value relationships with IP owners, licensors, and agencies to secure long-term collaboration opportunities. Lead partner negotiations, reach agreement on key contractual terms, and ensure compliance with internal processes and external licensing requirements.
Work with product, creative, legal, operations, and other relevant teams to enable execution of IP-based commercialization initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Entertainment, IP, or related field. 3+ years of experience in IP partnerships, licensing, business development, brand collaborations, or related roles Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation
and Benefits Our compensation structure is designed to align with the cost of labor in various geographic markets across the US. The total salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $200,000 annually, based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, competencies and location. As part of the compensation package, you may receive other benefits depending on the position.
