Their job role involves planning, directing, and coordinating the efforts of operations teams to manage and maintain business-as-usual (BAU) service. They provide a single point of contact for resolving incidents, monitoring live systems, and processing trouble tickets related to defects and incidents. The Package Consultant-Success. Factors Practice in the global practice model and are aligned with one or more practices Required technical and professional expertise As an S/4HANA SF consultant, you will be part of our team of experts responsible for creating a detailed blueprint for the development requirements of S/4HANA, and for providing business and/or functional support around SAP sales module. Have following expertise & skills in SAP Success. Factors: A strong understanding of HR fundamentals is crucial.
