About the role
As a member of our Collection Team, you will collaborate with our Netherlands s takeholders to build strong business relationships with customers, resolve overdue bills, and collect payments. As the first point of contact for our Partners, you will uphold excellent customer service standards while staying well-organized and efficient.
In this role, you will also have a chance to develop your credit skills. Note: This position requires working until 5:00 PM for up to 50% of the time each month to ensure smooth customer service for our clients.
What you'll do
Perform collection process for assigned entity: contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determin e reasons for non-payments Deliver high level of customer service Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue accounts Participat e in resolution of unclear payments Evaluat e customer account and payment history Elaborat e the reports (periodical and upon request) Prepar e and updat e process maps and desktop procedures Take actions to encourage timely debt payments Process payments & refunds and r esolve billing & customer credit issues Qualifications & Requirements: Fluent Dutch and English - required Solid experience in OTC Collection s area C onfident user of SAP in the Collection s field Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail G reat communication skills & telephone manner Customer -focused and a real t eam player E fficient at working in a fast - paced environment with great time - management skills Where you will be: At our Global Shared Service Center, we provide essential services to all companies within the Electrolux Group worldwide.
