
Supervisor Pharmacy Technician - Toledo Hospital
Job description
Location: Toledo Hospital Department: Pharmacy Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Afternoons (United States of America) Job Summary: As the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, you oversee a team of pharmacy technicians and ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of medications by managing workflow, assigning tasks, training staff, monitoring performance and maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations.
In this role, you actively participate in creating an environment fostering patient, family, physician and employee satisfaction. SCHEDULE Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday -10 hr shift 8:00 pm – 6:30 am No weekends REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High s chool d iploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age 5 years of experience Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License if working in Ohio Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician License if working in Michigan Certified Pharmacy Technician (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted ) Achievement of CPhT -Adv certification through PTCB.
