We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer II to join our team. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow and capacity improvement to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing while service level targets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to Health, Safety, Environment, and quality standards. Prepare and maintain engineering documentation and technical reports in accordance with company procedures and industry regulations. Collaborate with R&D, Design, Development, Transfer Engineering, and customers to support product manufacturing and introductions.

Develop, implement, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes, production lines, equipment, tools, and fixtures to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Perform root cause analysis, investigate quality issues, and implement corrective actions to improve manufacturing performance. Conduct time studies, establish work standards, execute cost analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product costs and increase productivity.

Manage manufacturing performance by monitoring yield, material usage, and overall process effectiveness. Lead new product introductions, product transfers, and production line validations. Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and suppliers to support manufacturing and quality objectives.

EDUCATION

and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing processes and methods, including tooling, workflow, production layouts, assembly, and manufacturing equipment. Working knowledge of Operational Excellence (Op. Ex) and basic quality tools, including 5S, Kaizen, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagrams, Control Charts, Check Sheets, and Histograms.

Experience in the medical device industry is preferred. Knowledge of statistics, materials, and mechanical engineering principles is a plus. Intermediate English (B1/B2) Other Skills and Competencies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and meeting facilitation skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, accountability, and collaboration skills. Self-motivated team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
