School Counselor, Compliance & Student Engagement - Tennessee Connections Academy

Working from your home office within Tennessee (preferred), the School Counselor, Compliance & Student Engagement will report to the Assistant Principal of Compliance & Engagement and serve as a key member of the school’s student support system. This position is responsible for supporting attendance, engagement, compliance, intervention, truancy prevention, and dropout prevention efforts for students in grades 4–12.

The counselor will work collaboratively with school leadership, teachers, families, and community partners to identify barriers to student success and implement strategies designed to improve attendance, engagement, academic progress, and overall student outcomes.
