Job description
This position is responsible for identifying opportunities and initiating improvements in order to enhance the OMC coding functionality within Epic through regular upgrade build and best practices. This position creates, produces, interprets, and provides analysis on reports to department leadership. This position manages the daily denied claims, reviews denial reasons, and offers solutions for denial reversal.
This position is also responsible for trending denial issues to assist in the denial management process. This position works collaboratively on multi-disciplinary work groups and projects.
