We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team in Andover, United Kingdom. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. Oversee daily office operations and coordinate administrative activities Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members Handle internal and external enquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management Process and organise important documents and files Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Support staff with various administrative tasks and projects Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Operate and maintain office equipment, including printers, scanners, and phone systems Perform data entry and database management tasks as required High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience in administrative roles Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office Suite Outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanour Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Proficiency in data entry and database management Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems) Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive high numbers of applications for the role.
