Blend Operator - 2nd Shift

SUMMARY The Blend Operator is responsible for strictly adhering to all food safety, quality assurance, and GMP policies and procedures during processing. Under the supervision of the Plant Supervisor, the Blend Operator is responsible for batching in the production of finished dairy goods. This position is also responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment to mix and blend ingredients according to specified methods.
