Job description
Under the supervision of the People Operations Manager, the Coordinator, People Operations is responsible for supporting Insignia’s people strategy and independently executing core people operations functions within their assigned areas. This role plays an important part in the day-to-day delivery of HR services, including hiring coordination, onboarding, employee record management, payroll processing, and event-day coverage.
The Coordinator, People Operations works closely with the People Operations Manager to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience across the organization.
