Be active on the floor about 85% of time. Analyze sales performance data, identify areas for improvement. Motivate associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Resolve customer issues via win/win approach. Assist Department Manager, e.g., team performance, customer feedback, and operational issues.
