Job description
Job Summar: Responsible for supporting the Handover team in the handover process of all units. He / She will work closely with the CRM, Technical Office, Legal, Finance, and Project Management departments respectively to ensure the units meet TP’s standards and the Clients’ requests.
Job Responsibilities
Manage the full handover cycle end-to-end, ensuring all required documentation, financial clearances, and delivery procedures are completed in accordance with company standards before unit possession transfer. Carry out detailed site inspections to evaluate unit completion status, identify delivery-ready units, and flag any outstanding defects or quality gaps.
Prepare comprehensive inspection and snag list reports for each unit and coordinate closely with the PMO Department to ensure all identified items are actioned and closed within agreed timelines. Verify and confirm clients' financial standing and payment clearance, ensuring all contractual obligations are met before proceeding with unit handover.
Serve as a key point of contact for client comments, modification requests, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and a consistent, professional client experience across all project phases. Maintain accurate tracking of snag lists, pending works, and missing items, following up proactively with relevant teams to drive completion and minimize delays.
Coordinate and monitor scheduled delivery dates across multiple units, ensuring all parties are aligned and handovers are executed on time and without disruption.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably in Civil or Architecture Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in the Property Delivery department. Skills: Communication skills
