Job description
Ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer systems including desktops, servers and peripherals. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, testing and optimizing all desktop hardware, software, and telephone infrastructure. The System Specialist is responsible for analysis and resolution of end user hardware and software computer concerns in a timely and accurate manner, and provide end user training as needed.
In addition to the desktop environment, this position will be responsible for user administration in Active Directory, monitoring daily network tasks, and basic network management. This position will work in person during training and then move into a hybrid role.
