Salesforce Product Manager

Job Summary

The Salesforce Product Manager works closely with key stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritize improvements to an assigned set of products to include Salesforce and related technologies that enable or enhance delivery of effective sales and service experiences. Maximizes the investment in Salesforce and ensures the platform provides an improved member experience while aligning with Langley’s business strategy.

Using member experience design and agile oriented approaches, this individual leads cross-functional project teams to deliver ongoing enhancements that support a superior member experience.
