The Outreach & Marketing Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective participants and is responsible for executing day-to-day recruitment, enrollment, and administrative activities that support workforce development programs. This position plays a vital role in building participant pipelines by engaging community members, facilitating information sessions, coordinating assessments, managing enrollment activities, and ensuring participants receive a welcoming and organized onboarding experience.
