GlobeMed Lebanon SAL A Delegate is the representative of our company with all involved stakeholders. Providing the needed assistance, approvals, and follow-up with GlobeMed Lebanon adherents as per GlobeMed Lebanon guidelines and protocols. Duties: Handle customers, risk carriers, and providers’ requests. Make the necessary administrative and medical clearance to provide medical decision for IN, OUT, pharmacy, and ER claims as per GlobeMed Lebanon guidelines & protocols.
Inform the patient about all details related to his coverage (In, Out, Excess, limitation, CNSS, Rejection...) Check on false declarations and take necessary action. Coordinate with the Supervisor for all complicated cases and check for cost saving.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree: Nursing 1 or 2 years of experience in the related field English language is necessary; French is a plus. Excellent communication skills and Organizational skills Time management Customer oriented, good listener, and patient. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
